Personal qualities

A motor vehicle mechanic for light vehicles should be able to work independently, methodically, and be efficient and meticulous. This vocation demands continual supplementary training and further education and training because of the rapid technological developments in the trade, so you should have good technical insight and be good at working with your hands. You should be able to communicate well with clients and colleagues.
