Notification

You and your parents are to receive written notification if it there is any doubt about whether you can be given

• half-year assessment with grades
  
• overall achievement grades
  

in one or more subjects because there is no basis for deciding a grade.

You are also to receive written notification if there is any danger of you being given the grade "Fair" or "Poor" in orderliness or in behaviour at the half-year assessment or as an overall achievement grade.

Such notification must be given without undue delay. It is to give you the opportunity to ensure that there is a basis on which to determine a grade or give you the opportunity to improve your grade in orderliness or in behaviour.

After you turn 18, your parents will not be notified unless you have given your consent.
