Cooper (journeyman’s certificate)

Coopers construct, build and maintain barrels, kegs and other wooden containers. Key tasks include:

• Construction and properties of the materials
• Machining and drying processes
• Utilization of mechanical assembly methods, gluing and surface treatment
• Drawing and visualization
• Aesthetics, design and construction
• Quality assurance and HSE

You must be dexterous and have a good aesthetic appreciation.
