As an apprentice or training candidate you follow the same legislation and collective bargaining agreements as the other employees in the enterprise. You have the same working hours and the same right to holidays and days off. All employees have a statutory right to four weeks holiday a year, but some may have a right to longer holidays as a result of the collective bargaining agreement. 

Your working hours and your right to holidays and days off are to emerge from the working agreement you have entered into with the training establishment.
