Industrial plumber (craft certificate)

Key tasks include:

• interpreting piping drawings and isometric drawings
• handling materials, accessories, and tools for working the materials
• fitting and pre-fabricating pipes and pipe parts, mounting and connecting pipe systems
• control checks on industrial piping systems, with certification and approvals
• quality assurance and deviation reports
• maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and welding equipment

An industrial plumber should be able to work systematically, be meticulous and efficient, independent, and work well with others. This vocation is in constant development, and you should be able to adapt, have technical and professional insight, be good with your hands, and have social skills.
